Since I began drinking beer a few years ago I’ve kept track of the various beers I’ve tried. It started merely as a tool to help me figure out what was to my taste and what wasn’t, but it quickly fell prey to my interest in lists and numbers and my quest for novelty. The original list is now spread over 5 or 6 notebooks (because I also jotted down a few notes about most of the beers).
I now have a Google Drive document with list of distinct beers I’ve tried. I created this list in order to have a convenient and portable way to figure out whether or not I had tried a particular beer before.
